The combined experience of the dedicated installers of Tile Roof Specialists, LLC, partnered along with certified tile roofing installers, brings over 129 years of tile and slate roofing experience to your project -- more experience than any other company in Wisconsin can provide.
Safety is our number one concern at the job site. We take all precautions to ensure the safety of your property, family and our workers. We have also invested in quality equipment to ensure that the job is done right, on time and within budget.
Skilled Workers
Tile Roof Specialists, LLC also has a pool of roofers and laborers skilled in the art of tile and slate roofing installation it draws on to complete projects, all of which are employees. These employees are hand picked hard workers that work well with the project managers and foremen to deliver the quality and success one would come to expect with the nature of this type of skilled roofing.
Tile Roof Specialists does not hire "off the street". Employees must be referred and this is a big reason for our great safety record.
General Manager: Frans Damian Raleigh
Mr. Raleigh has been working in the tile and slate roofing industry for more than sixteen years. Having not only managed and installed many tile and slate roofs Mr. Raleigh has been one of the very few installers who has worked in a tile roofing manufacturing industry. This unique opportunity has given Mr. Raleigh a prospective that other installers have not had the opportunity to experience. This experience also translates into a much more detailed understanding of the tile and slate roofing industry as a whole, and brings to you a much more knowledgeable roofing experience.
Sales Representative: Jason Wheelock
Mr. Wheelock has been working in the construction industry for 18 years. Jason brings with him the ability to see all aspects of every project from inception to completion. Jason's level of professionalism and his attention to detail and strong work ethic makes him a valuable asset to our company and our customers.
Office Manager: Jaclyn Wheelock
Jackie is a very important part of the team at Tile Roof Specialists, LLC. Jackie's job duties include, but are not limited to, payroll, working with health care, accounts payable and receivable, as well as answering phones. Jackie is very good with people and aids tremendously with keeping the day to day operations of the company smooth.
Project Manager: Kevin Coonen
Kevin is a foreman with over 15 years of experience in construction and hard roofing systems. Kevin has a tremendous ability to deal with any situation that may arise on any given project. Fair but holding high expectations of the crewmen working under his direction, Kevin is always mindful of the high level of service Tile Roof Specialists, LLC brings to its valued customers.
Assistant Foreman: Dave Radtke
Dave is an assistant foremen with Tile Roof Specialists, LLC. Always on time and with a good knowledge of hard roofing systems. Dave is a tremendous attribute to any project he is working on. Another employee at Tile Roof Specialists, LLC with nearly a decade of hard roofing systems installations.
Foreman: Ray Elmer
Mr. Elmer has been working in the slate, tile, and copper roofing industry for over twenty one years. Ray's attention to safety and detail is unparalleled. A true company man Ray's work ethic and attention to detail have earned him the respect of all of his peers. Ray's skills in the art of copper and other sheet metals fabrication is first rate. Over the years Ray has had the opportunity to work on literally hundreds of tile and slate roofs. This unique opportunity has given Ray the ability to differentiate what works well on the roof and what dose not. Ray is sure to make your project a successful one.
Foreman: Nate Kurzynske
Mr. Kurzynske has been working in the tile and slate roofing industry for over eight years. A young man showing determination and knowledge years above his age, Nate has earned the position of foreman sooner than the average foreman by proving his ability in the field and being a good leader to the roofers under him. Nate has excellent sheet metal skills and shows an attention to detail which is a requirement at Tile Roof Specialists, LLC.
Assistant Foreman: Todd Gregory
Todd is a very skilled roofer whom takes a great deal of pride in the craftsmanship involved in a slate or tile roof installations. Working in the roofing industry for over eighteen years, Todd has had the opportunity to see first hand what applications work and what applications do not. Todd is particularly recognized for his attention to detail and the level of quality for which he installs his materials. Todd also has a very advanced knowledge of flat roofing systems possessing more knowledge than most flat roofing contractors. Todd picked up this knowledge working for an industry leading flat roofing contractor in Chicago early in his career
